Tony Parrish of N. Myrtle Beach held off Rocky
Rockett, Rich Weston and Mike Beaver to win his 2nd event in 2008.
Starting the day with a 3 shot advantage over Rockett and 4 strokes over
Weston, Parrish extended his lead on the front nine where he fired a
solid -2 under 34.
With a back nine 38, Parrish completed the event with a solid
-2 under
142. Parrish takes home the winners check of $1800.

Rocky Rockett of Gastonia, SC beat out Rich Weston
of Pawley's Island, SC and Mike Beaver of Raleigh, NC for sole
possession of 2nd place. Rockett fired an even par round today to finish
+1 over 145 for the tournament and takes home the 2nd place check
of $1000

Beaver fired the low round of the event with a
-4 under 68 and was able
to double-dip winning the Out-of-Money Pot. Both Weston and Beaver take
home $550
The 5th and final money spot goes to Andy Gomez of
Myrtle Beach who was tied for 1st after the first round. Gomez struggled
today but was able to hold-on to the final spot of the event by
finishing +5 over 147. Andy will receive $250 for his first event
start.
