Aug. 29: Zach Byrd has become the UNBEATABLE FORCE on the Grand Strand Golf Tour. Firing a -6 under 66, Zach walks away with another victory. Making only one bogie in his last three competitive rounds on the GSGT, Zach continues his dominance and is rapidly gaining the respect of the veteran tour players. Tony Parrish is the only other player on the GSGT to have won three consecutive events. Zach will be looking to break that record with his entry into the Beef O'Brady's event Sept. 3-4.
Assuming the brides maid position and his third consecutive 2nd Place finish, Tony Parrish fired a -2 under 70 to finish in second alone. Zach Bone was fighting a stomach virus but managed to pull off a round of even par to tie for 3rd with Kellen Altman. Ivan Schronce and Craig Morrow tied for 5th at +1 over while Brandon Roach and Jeremy Doyle finished tied for 7th at +2 over.
