With questionable weather in the North Myrtle Beach area on Friday, the Grand Strand Pro Golf Tour was very fortunate as they were able to complete the One Day "Shoot-out".  The Dye Course at Barefoot Resort and Golf has been preparing for the Monday After the Masters Charity Golf Tournament and was in great shape considering all the rain that the North end of the Strand had the week prior. 
 
Tour Managing Partner Will Schatz earned his first win as a professional.  Will shot a very impressive -3 (69) at the Pete Dye Design.  He managed to make a late charge and birdied the last two challenging finishing holes to beat tour veteran Tony Parrish by two strokes.  Tony is no stranger to the Barefoot Courses and managed to shoot -1 (71) and took second place.  Kellen Altman and Ivan Schronce tied for third place with shooting a +1 (73).  The GSGT would like to thank Brent Terry, Head Professional at the Dye Course and his staff for the assistance this week and we are looking forward to playing there again the following week.
